Ridge Communications has been delivering complex wireless infrastructure projects across California and Georgia for over 20 years. We're a self-perform contractor — our crews do the work, which means we're always looking for skilled, reliable people who take pride in doing the job right. If you're experienced in telecom construction and want to work for a company that values craftsmanship and accountability, we want to hear from you.
We don't subcontract our core work. Our field teams are Ridge Communications employees, which means stable, consistent work and a team that knows each other.
From DAS installations in hospitals and stadiums to outside plant construction along highways, our projects are technically varied and professionally challenging.
With offices in San Ramon CA, Simi Valley CA, and Woodstock GA, we have work across multiple markets and can offer opportunities in both California and the Southeast.
We work directly with major wireless carriers and hold ourselves to carrier-spec documentation and quality standards. Our crews learn to do things the right way.
